The Program Director, IDD Services role at ResCare Community Living is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one to four community-based programs. This role involves the organization and implementation of direct supports tailored to individual needs through detailed person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and stakeholder relations. The Program Director ensures that regulatory compliance is maintained while overseeing essential functions such as recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and the maintenance of physical environments.
