The Program Director, IDD Services role at ResCare is a pivotal leadership position designed for individuals seeking to advance their career in social and human services. This role involves the comprehensive management of one to four community programs that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of person-centered supports that align with organizational goals and meet regulatory requirements.
