The Program Director, IDD Services role at ResCare is a pivotal leadership position designed for individuals seeking to advance their career in social and human services. This role involves the comprehensive management of one to four community programs that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Director must also be available on-call to provide support and cover shifts as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership and commitment to service quality.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, and as-needed), 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities for career development and advancement within a nationwide organization.
