This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and effective communication capabilities necessary for managing relationships with stakeholders, staff, and individuals served. A compassionate and responsible approach to service delivery underscores the ethos of the role. The Program Director contributes directly to ResCare’s mission of helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful, empowered lives by ensuring that each program consistently provides engaging and relevant supports tailored to individual needs.

Joining ResCare Community Living means becoming part of a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and the rewarding experience of positively impacting lives every day.
