The Program Director role within IDD Services at ResCare Community Living is a pivotal leadership position designed for experienced professionals seeking to deepen their impact in social and human services. The ability to make key decisions related to employee management, such as hiring, promotions, corrective actions, and terminations, is essential. Additionally, the position requires availability for on-call duties to support staff operations and cover shifts as needed, highlighting the leadership’s active and hands-on approach.
