Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp
- 3+ years of college or equivalent preferred
- college graduates strongly preferred
- experience as a counselor or staff member in a residential camp setting
- commitment to work and live onsite at camp for the entire summer season
- prior supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- manage day-to-day operations of specific camper programs
- supervise a staff of 10-15
- organize and coordinate camp activities
- attend up to 20 hours of pre-camp training sessions
- lead specialized programs such as Teen Leadership, Specialist staff, or Counselors-in-Training
- schedule and oversee program events
- communicate with parents and camp leadership
