Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a residential care setting
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned region

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple residential programs
- Supervise, coach, and develop Care Team Managers
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
- Monitor staffing levels, recruitment efforts, and employee development
- Oversee budgets, payroll, census, and operational performance
- Review incident reports and ensure timely regulatory reporting
- Partner with Compliance, HR, and Executive Leadership on investigations and corrective action plans
- Conduct operational audits and maintain quality standards
- Support admissions, discharges, individual care planning, and community integration
