This role, Program Director for IDD Services, is critical to REM Community Services' ongoing success and aligns directly with the organization's mission. The Program Director will oversee the daily operations of one to up to four community programs that provide direct supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities span staffing management, including hiring decisions, performance evaluations, scheduling, and training, to ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Financial management and the upkeep of the physical environment of the programs are also essential duties. The Program Director will be responsible for making critical personnel decisions such as promotions, terminations, and corrective actions, all while cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and person-centered service atmosphere.
