The Director Program ABI Services position based in Little Rock, AR, presents an exciting opportunity for professionals seeking to advance their careers in social and human services within a mission-driven organization. This leadership role is essential to the company’s continued success, offering the chance to directly influence the quality of care and support provided to individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and other complex conditions.

As the director, you will provide critical direction, leadership, and supervision to staff, ensuring efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring licensure and compliance of all assigned homes and programs, and will also implement policies and systems for the management of individuals receiving support as well as company funds.

This position offers the stability and rewards of working for a nationally recognized organization, combined with the personal satisfaction of making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable populations.
