Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Prior experience in residency program administration or related healthcare educational setting
- Proficient in residency management software such as New Innovations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of accreditation regulations and compliance
- Experience in managing residency events and meetings
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience with residency program administration or healthcare education
- Familiarity with residency management software such as New Innovations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and medical education policies
- Experience with financial document processing is preferred
Job Duties
- Create, input and track residency evaluations in New Innovations residency management software
- Coordinate resident events such as retreats, orientation and graduation
- Track resident certifications and schedule initial and renewal training sessions (ACLS, NRP, PALS) for all residents
- Create and input various resident schedules in New Innovations residency management software
- Organize various residency meetings (faculty retreats, graduation, etc.)
- Process financial documents including check requests, interdepartmental billing forms, travel expense, and book receipt reimbursements
- Ensure all resident files are complete and in compliance with ACGME requirements
