The role being offered is an Administrative and Business Development Coordinator position situated in the Herbert Wertheim College of Business. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to business development and strategic partnerships initiatives. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, handle documentation, and facilitate communications aimed at supporting and growing business relationships, non-credit programs, and strategic alliances.
The coordinator also supports the organization and execution of executive and professional program-related events, conferences, and summits. This involves managing event timelines, budgets, marketing efforts, registrations, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site support. The position requires frequent collaboration with various stakeholders within the college and across the university to ensure the smooth delivery and successful outcome of all programs.
Another crucial aspect of the role is the implementation and tracking of sponsorship benefits for corporate sponsors and partners. This includes maintaining records of agreements, deliverables, and deadlines to fulfill sponsorship commitments such as recognition, signage, and engagement opportunities. The position demands attention to detail and the ability to prepare progress reports to guarantee alignment with partnership goals.

Job Duties
- work closely with the director of business development and strategic partnerships to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, handle documentation and communication, track progress, and support growth of business relationships, non-credit programs, and strategic partnerships
- provide administrative assistance including coordinating the master calendar, managing program registrations, organizing partner communication and contact reports, cataloging CEUs, preparing marketing materials, arranging travel, and supporting stewardship communications
- provide administrative and logistical support for executive and professional program-related events, conferences, summits, and activities including event timelines, budgets, marketing and promotion, registration tracking, room reservations, travel and hotel arrangements, invitations and responses, guest lists, coordinating caterers and other vendors, technology support, volunteer management, and on-site staffing support
- serve as point of contact for logistical questions from internal partners, vendors, and participants ensuring clear communication and accurate execution
- implement and track fulfillment of sponsorship benefits for corporate sponsors and partners including maintaining records of agreements, deliverables, and deadlines, coordinating logistics, and preparing progress reports
- establish and maintain partnerships with college colleagues and other stakeholders to enhance program quality and ensure effective program delivery
- collaborate with academic, marketing, engagement, and advancement teams to coordinate programs, communication, and recordkeeping
- perform other duties as assigned
