Job Requirements
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a working vehicle
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in house cleaning
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and motivation to learn
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Perform routine house cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms
- Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate with clients courteously
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure thoroughness and quality
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to management
- Participate in training sessions to improve cleaning skills and techniques
- Adhere to company policies on safety and customer service
