Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- must complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- valid driver’s license (preferred for team leads)
- bilingual communication skills preferred
- able to work full-time with flexibility
- commitment to a professional and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- No previous cleaning experience required
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work well within a team
- good communication skills
- physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- valid driver’s license for team leads preferred
- bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow standardized cleaning processes
- communicate professionally with customers and team members
- maintain positive and friendly customer interactions
- manage team schedule and drive company vehicle (for team leads)
- maintain basic cleaning equipment and supplies
- ensure customer satisfaction and safety during cleaning visits
