Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company car for team lead roles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license for team lead positions
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow our process to delight every customer
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Make customers feel cared for to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage team’s schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure company car is stocked with necessary supplies (team lead only)
