Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable daily transportation
- must present proof of a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance at the first interview for review
- must successfully pass a nationwide criminal background check
- must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds when necessary
- must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- must be able to follow company procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- residential cleaning and post construction must be available from 8:30am to 3:00pm
- janitorial late afternoon and early evening availability is required
Job Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or post-construction environments is highly desirable
- experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality services
- familiarity with professional cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and general facility cleaning
- knowledge of common cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and quality standards
Job Duties
- Perform residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services according to company standards
- clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, dining areas, and common living spaces
- dust furniture, baseboards, window sills, vents, and other surfaces as needed
- vacuum carpets and rugs and mop or sweep hard flooring surfaces
- remove trash and maintain a clean, organized work environment at each job site
- follow cleaning procedures and quality expectations
- safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies to and from job locations
