Job Requirements
- Certified or licensed chef
- Experience in cooking instruction or catering
- Available Monday to Friday from 7 pm to 9 pm, with weekend availability
- Ability to manage event set-up and breakdown
- Access to email and phone for communication
- Ability to input attendance data after each event
- Professional and engaging demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Be a certified or licensed chef
- Experience facilitating cooking classes or providing catering services
- 2-3 years of culinary experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend hours
Job Duties
- Facilitate cooking classes including sushi, pasta, desserts, Italian, and more
- Provide catering services for resident events
- Arrive prior to each event for set-up and organization
- Ensure events start and end on time
- Engage professionally and positively with customers
- Take photos during events
- Communicate post-event feedback to the Flamingo team
