Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of bakery experience or relevant combination of education and experience
- Be dependable and adaptable with flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Be able to take special orders over the phone
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain sanitation standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely including knives and scales
- Be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights as required
- Comply with all safety, health, and food handling regulations
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrate dependability and adaptability to flexible schedules

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including cookies, bread, and muffins
- Assist the Bakery Manager with pricing, packaging, and merchandising bakery products
- Provide exceptional customer service and take special orders over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- Ensure accurate pricing and proper stock rotation, discarding outdated items
- Receive, inspect, and manage incoming product shipments
- Operate bakery equipment safely and follow all health and safety regulations
