We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our bakery team. This role is integral to our bakery department, focusing on preparing, baking, and packaging a delicious assortment of bread, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods using quality ingredients. As a Baker, you will work in a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere where attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service are top priorities. This position offers a pay range of $17.15 to $22.30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will assist the Bakery Manager with a variety of tasks including pricing, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, have flexibility with schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and have a genuine passion for baking and customer interaction.

The Baker will be responsible for not only baking goods but also ensuring that all products are packaged and displayed attractively, maintaining accurate pricing, and ensuring the freshness of all items. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area and equipment is essential, as is following safety and health regulations strictly. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and light lifting. Additionally, the Baker will handle deliveries, inspect inventory for quality assurance, and contribute to special orders.
