Nature's World is a distinguished company specializing in premium dried fruits, nuts, trail mixes, candies, and other snacks. As an employee-owned and operated business, it originated from the Walker Family kitchen table in Lake Tapps, Washington, and has been delighting customers since January of 1987. Operating now out of Seattle, Washington, Nature's World is part of Charlie's Produce, the largest privately owned wholesale produce company on the West Coast. Charlie’s Produce has built its reputation on quality and a people-first culture, fostering a working environment of loyalty, innovation, and growth. The company values its team and continually emphasizes community engagement and top-quality produce.

Charlie’s Produce, the parent company, is renowned for being a privately owned wholesale produce powerhouse that is steadily growing. Their commitment to excellence comes from their people who are passionate about food, supply chains, and contributing positively to the community. With a supportive work culture offering stability and opportunities for career progression, the company prides itself on quality and team dedication. Nature’s World, as part of this wider organization, embodies these values by delivering nutritious and delicious snack options sourced with integrity and care.

The Production Associate role at Nature’s World is pivotal to the seamless operation of the production team. The associate is responsible for various tasks on the production line, including packaging, operating mixers, running and refilling label machines, making adjustments to machinery to ensure quality standards, and more. The role requires working closely with dehydrated fruit, nuts, and other snack products, where nut dust can be present. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, with shifts available from early morning to mid-afternoon. Starting hourly pay is competitive at $23.00 with potential for performance-based increases and yearly reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that integrates a strong sense of ownership and team collaboration within a vibrant and dynamic food production industry.

Additionally, this role comes with generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage from the first day of the month following hiring, ESOP profit sharing, paid vacations and holidays, pre-tax commuter benefits, onsite parking, and 100% prepaid college tuition for employees and their dependents. The company also supports employee well-being through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All employees are valued and supported through fair employment practices, including safety sensitivity and compliance with state laws such as the Washington Fair Chance Act. The Production Associate will be an essential member of a close-knit team, expected to uphold quality, safety, and productivity while being flexible and dependable to meet daily operational needs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy hands-on work contributing to the creation of beloved snack foods.
