UniFirst is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join its Production Department. This full-time role is ideal for individuals looking for stability, career growth, and a supportive team environment. As a Production Team Partner, the individual will be responsible for bundling, packaging, and rolling articles, handling flat good orders, selecting items by style and color, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. The role requires standing and walking for an entire 8-hour shift and lifting items weighing up to 15-30 pounds. Safety is a priority, with strict adherence to company policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines. Job Requirements
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate mat roller and any machinery
- must be at least 16 years of age or older to work in the load building area
- ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
- ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance

- inspect products for tears, holes, stains, excessive moisture, etc.
- follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
- perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
