With a presence spanning the United States, Canada, and Europe, UniFirst serves approximately 300,000 business customer locations with the aid of over 14,000 dedicated team partners. This testament to stability and growth underscores the company’s commitment to innovation, customer service, and employee welfare. Recognized by Selling Power magazine as one of the "Best Companies to Sell For" and by Forbes magazine on the "Platinum 400 - Best Big Companies" list, UniFirst blends the intimacy of a family culture with the resources and benefits of a large corporation.

UniFirst's unique company fabric is woven from its family-centric ethos where each Team Partner experiences a small company feel while enjoying the advantages of a significant organizational infrastructure. This balance provides an engaging workplace where diversity is celebrated and career growth is actively promoted. UniFirst believes diversity and inclusion are crucial to building a culture where every employee feels they belong.

The Production Team Partner role within UniFirst's Shipping Department is a vital position that plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their garments on time and in excellent condition. This role offers a stable 40-hour work week with weekends off, promoting a healthy work-life balance that few production roles can boast. The position includes on-the-job training, allowing new hires to gain hands-on experience and cross-training across various production areas, enhancing skill sets and career advancement prospects.

As a Production Team Partner, individuals contribute directly to customer satisfaction by meticulously preparing garments for shipment, organizing items according to delivery routes, ensuring all items meet quality standards through final inspection, and adhering strictly to safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines. This position requires a reliable, hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to teamwork. The role pays competitively, with wages ranging from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, influenced by the candidate's skills and experience.

UniFirst doesn't just fill a position; it offers a career path. Many managers within the organization began their journey on the production floor, highlighting the company’s dedication to promoting from within. Additional benefits include 401K with company match, profit sharing, health and life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts, all designed to support employees' overall well-being and success. Join UniFirst’s Production Team and become part of a dynamic and growing organization that values each of its team members deeply.
