The Production Team Partner role at UniFirst presents an exciting opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their dynamic production department. This role involves collaborative effort to ensure all customer garments meet rigorous quality standards. Team partners in production handle tasks such as folding cloths, towels, and wipers; bundling, packaging, and bagging articles to meet company standards; and inspecting products carefully for defects such as holes, tears, stains, or other damage. Working under the guidance of area supervisors and management, team partners adhere strictly to safety policies, including HACCP and medical guidelines, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for 8-hour shift

- ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
