Job Requirements

  • High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight, volume, and distance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and cross-training initiatives

Job Duties

  • Load and unload industrial washers and dryers by wash load formulation and processing sequence
  • Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated finishing areas
  • Monitor detergent supply and report equipment malfunctions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines
  • Complete paperwork and accurately record production processes in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding production issues and operational needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
