UniFirst is a leading company in the garment services industry, renowned for its extensive reach and family-oriented culture. Established over 80 years ago, UniFirst has grown into a $2 billion organization employing more than 14,000 team partners who service approximately 300,000 business customer locations across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The company is recognized for its commitment to quality, growth, and employee well-being, having earned accolades including a spot in Selling Power magazine's "Best Companies to Sell For" and Forbes magazine's "Platinum 400 - Best Big Companies" list. UniFirst's success is deeply rooted in its unique family culture that combines the close-knit atmosphere of a small company with the resources and stability of a large, well-established enterprise. This environment fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and career growth for every team member.

UniFirst is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join their Shipping Department. This role is integral to maintaining the company's exceptional service standard by ensuring the timely delivery of garments to customers. Team Partners in this position are fundamental to the operational success of the shipping process, preparing and organizing garments for dispatch, conducting quality inspections, and adhering to safety and medical guidelines. The company offers a 5-day work week with weekends off, promoting a healthy work-life balance for its employees.

The Production Team Partner role comes with comprehensive on-the-job training, designed to equip team members with the skills needed for success and career advancement. Cross-training opportunities provide exposure to various production areas, enhancing performance and opening pathways to internal promotions. UniFirst takes pride in promoting from within, with many managers starting their journey as production floor team partners.

Working at UniFirst means being part of a diverse and inclusive workplace where different cultures, backgrounds, and personalities are celebrated. The company values each individual's contributions and fosters a welcoming and respectful environment. Benefits for this role are generous and include competitive hourly pay, a 401K plan with company match, profit-sharing programs, health and life insurance, employee assistance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and referral bonuses. Immediate openings are available, with a supportive culture that prioritizes employee development and satisfaction, making UniFirst an excellent choice for individuals seeking stability, growth, and a supportive work community.
