The company culture emphasizes family values, inclusivity, and respect for diverse backgrounds, making UniFirst a unique place to work. Benefits are comprehensive and designed to support both the financial and personal well-being of employees, including competitive hourly wages, 401K plans with company matches, profit sharing, health and life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts. This role is ideal for individuals at least 18 years old who can handle an active job involving standing for extended periods and performing light lifting.
