Job Description

Our company is a dynamic manufacturing firm specializing in the production of high-quality interior elevators and related components. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where every team member plays a pivotal role in contributing to the final product. With a strong commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement, we emphasize teamwork, precision, and safety across all stages of production. Our culture is built around core values of kindness, authenticity, and usefulness, ensuring that our employees feel valued and motivated. As a full-time employer located onsite, we offer competitive compensation with added shift premiums alongside comprehensive benefits to support our team members' professional and personal growth.

The role of Production Technician is essential within our fast-paced production team. This hands-on position demands a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys working physically. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling cab interiors from start to finish, utilizing power tools and precise measurement devices daily. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring process quality, and participating actively in safety and continuous improvement initiatives guided by Lean manufacturing principles. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and maneuvering throughout the production floor. You will work closely with different shop areas to ensure smooth workflow and uphold all quality and safety standards. Our team values a fear-free culture rooted in focusing on process improvements rather than individual faults, encouraging a supportive environment for innovation and efficiency.

With an emphasis on on-the-job training, prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory for motivated candidates who possess strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive mindset. This position offers an excellent career path for individuals looking to improve their technical skills while contributing to the manufacture of exceptional products. We also support employee development through training opportunities and career advancement programs, underscoring our commitment to the long-term success of our workforce. If you are eager to learn, dedicated to precision, and passionate about teamwork, this role provides a rewarding opportunity to join a positive, growth-oriented community making an impact day after day.
