The role of Production Team Partner - Truck Loader (Non-CDL) at UniFirst is a vital position within the Production Department. As a Team Partner, you will be responsible for preparing trucks by loading garments and other facility service products to ensure on-time route deliveries to customers. Job Requirements

  • high school education or GED equivalent preferred
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
  • ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance

Job Duties

  • load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
  • move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products
  • follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
  • perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
