Production Supervisor (Swing Shift)

The Distribution Center (DC) located in Lodi, California, is a state-of-the-art packaging, labeling, and distribution facility covering 1.5 million square feet and employing approximately 400 workers. The Production Supervisor role at Pacific Coast Producers is a full-time, on-site position offering an annual salary range of $70,500 to $80,000, depending on experience. Working the swing shift from 3 pm to 12 am, the Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of production within a designated area, reporting directly to the Production Manager. This exempt-level supervisory position requires managing label, case production, and shipping operations in a multi-shift environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising and training warehouse personnel, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as union agreements. The Production Supervisor is expected to handle documentation related to production metrics, address operational challenges promptly, and implement process improvements to optimize results. This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to manage a dynamic and fast-paced production environment effectively.
