The Graphics Production Supervisor role at TTM Technologies is essential for maintaining operational excellence within the graphics process areas across all three shifts. The position requires effective leadership and supervision of hourly employees to ensure that production processes meet or exceed company goals. This supervisory role includes oversight of workflow efficiency in graphics processes and close collaboration with multiple departments such as leadership, engineering, quality control, production control, and plant management to synchronize manufacturing activities for optimal team performance.

The role demands skills in process development, training, coaching, and operational optimization. The supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing daily operations while maintaining a qualified workforce through hiring, training, and performance management. A thorough understanding and operational capability of all departmental equipment are required to oversee processes from start-up through shutdown. The incumbent will analyze production defects, resolve process abnormalities, and work towards continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Additionally, the role involves supporting equipment maintenance and calibration, enforcing quality control standards for PCB products, and conducting root cause analysis with corrective action implementation. The supervisor must ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical handling, machine use, and workplace conduct, maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Regular communication and reporting to various organizational levels is key to this position, ensuring seamless operational flow and the ability to address any production issues promptly.

TTM Technologies offers competitive compensation with a salary range estimated between $78,850 and $131,417, which includes potential bonuses and shift premiums depending on assignment and shift timing. Benefits become available on the first of the month following the date of hire. Job Requirements

  • High school or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a PCB industry
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Ability to interpret complex technical statements and written instructions
  • General understanding of Windows operating systems

Job Duties

  • Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations for the graphics process area
  • Process development, training, coaching and optimization for graphics process
  • Lead the team planning, scheduling, development, and executing graphics process daily operations
  • Maintain required staff force, hire, use progressive discipline, issue instructions, monitor effectiveness and document performance related tasks
  • Ability to run or have a high understanding of all the equipment in the department along with starting up and shutting down the area
  • Analyze and improve existing process to enhance productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness
  • Analyze defects, problems, and abnormalities
  • Support the maintenance of equipment, calibration for optimal performance
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure PCB products meet specified standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Work, report and communicate regularly with other departments, upper management, engineering, quality, production control to ensure seamless operation
  • Constant awareness of machine utilizations and quality coming in, during and after processing
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health related to handling and disposal of chemicals
  • Compliance with safety regulations and company policies and work practices (PPE, MSDS, Quality Alerts). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns
