The Graphics Production Supervisor role at TTM Technologies is essential for maintaining operational excellence within the graphics process areas across all three shifts. The position requires effective leadership and supervision of hourly employees to ensure that production processes meet or exceed company goals. This supervisory role includes oversight of workflow efficiency in graphics processes and close collaboration with multiple departments such as leadership, engineering, quality control, production control, and plant management to synchronize manufacturing activities for optimal team performance.

The supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing daily operations while maintaining a qualified workforce through hiring, training, and performance management.
