Job Duties
- Prepare food items necessary for assigned area
- assign specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen
- ensure proper storage and handling of products using portion, presentation and recipe controls
- maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including food and non-food working areas
- report equipment repair or maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department
- supervise team members in absence of Sous Chef including disciplining, training and scheduling associates
- perform other duties as assigned
