Aramark is currently hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their passionate Food Services Team. In this leadership role, Food Service Supervisors work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead daily operations in food service locations. They are responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and maintaining organized and hazard-free environments. The role involves producing work schedules, managing food production according to established policies and procedures, and maintaining logs related to equipment and food safety. Supervisors are expected to maintain excellent communication with their team and support the smooth delivery of daily and catered food events.

This position requires a proactive leader who can handle multiple tasks efficiently, mentor and train employees, promote teamwork and morale, and adapt to changes in job duties as needed to meet operational demands. Supervisors may occasionally fill in for absent employees and must be willing to work occasional night and weekend events. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • Direct daily activities
  • Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
  • Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
  • Maintain serving schedules and serve food per menu specifications following policies
  • Maintain sanitary conditions in department per health and safety codes
  • Maintain accurate inventory weekly
  • Prepare orders to ensure accurate production
  • Supervise and evaluate employees
  • Promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
  • Maintain safe and hazard-free working environment
  • Train and mentor food service workers
  • Maintain equipment maintenance logs
  • Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
  • Perform preventative maintenance checklist
  • Recommend equipment replacement as needed
  • Multi-task proficiently
  • Perform duties assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
  • Fill in for absent employees
  • Manage daily catering events preparation and delivery
  • Work occasional night and weekend catered events
  • Attend food service meetings
  • Maintain communication with staff
