This position demands a leader who can not only maintain operational excellence but also develop and mentor a high-performing team. The Production Supervisor will champion a safety-first mindset, establish and track team safety goals, and lead quality assurance initiatives. They will manage operational budgets, control costs, and adjust workflows to meet customer demands effectively, especially during peak production periods. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities to navigate the fast-paced and dynamic environment of manufacturing logistics.

Tosca offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary potential of up to $85,000, complemented by a 10% performance bonus. Benefits are comprehensive, including multiple healthcare options such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, parental leave, life and disability insurance, and more. Additionally, employees have access to health savings and flexible spending accounts, an employee assistance program, fitness reimbursement, educational assistance, employee discounts, and optional supplemental insurance options. This role operates Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM during the second shift, providing leadership during critical production hours.

By joining Tosca as a Production Supervisor, candidates have the opportunity to be part of a forward-looking company that values integrity, innovation, and sustainability.
