The Production Runner role at AEG offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of this dynamic environment. Responsible for handling and transporting vital event materials, the Production Runner acts as a vital link between the production team and event venues. In this capacity, the Production Runner manages a variety of tasks, from collecting and delivering equipment and supplies to running errands using various modes of transportation including on foot, by bike, vehicle, or public transit. The position also involves assisting the production office with administrative responsibilities such as creating signage, drafting correspondence, and maintaining inventory records. In essence, the Production Runner is the go-to person who ensures that production and artist requests are fulfilled promptly, contributing to the overall success of each event.
This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $19.00 and may provide eligibility for benefits based on ACA qualifications. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or its equivalency
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- must be able to take direction and execute instruction accurately
- must have valid driver's license
- must be at least 25 years of age
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- collect, transport, and deliver equipment, supplies, and materials to and from the venue
- run various errands by foot, bike, vehicle, or public transportation at various distances
- make purchases for the show and venue as needed for event needs as directed by the production manager or supervisor
- assist the production office with administrative duties including making signage, drafting correspondence, and taking inventory
- perform other various duties as required or requested from supervisor to fulfill show needs and artist rider
