The Production Runner role for the Baltimore market is an exciting opportunity within Live Nation Concerts. The position is vital in ensuring that touring and venue personnel receive the highest support during show days. This role involves hands-on assistance such as transportation of staff between hotels, airports, and venues, using either a personal vehicle or a company-provided one. The Production Runner will be responsible for executing various errands including but not limited to laundry pickup, grocery shopping, handling package deliveries, and coordinating large food orders and equipment rentals. They will be the point of contact for delivering and retrieving goods and services necessary to support tour logistics smoothly.
Beyond the physical errands, the Production Runner provides essential administrative support through light tasks such as cash reconciliation, making copies, and posting signage. A person in this role must be adaptable under pressure, capable of multitasking, and maintain professionalism when interacting with artists, venue staff, and production teams. Having a good grasp of local Baltimore area information and logistics is an additional advantage, though not mandatory. The job demands someone who is punctual, reliable, friendly, and able to work long, demanding production days often lasting 14 to 16 hours.
This hourly position offers competitive compensation typically between $15.00 and $16.00, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a passion for live music, as they contribute directly to the success of the touring productions. The role offers a dynamic work environment within a leading live entertainment provider, perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy being a critical component of behind-the-scenes production teams.
