The Production Runner role at Live Nation US Concerts is vital for supporting the smooth execution of live shows and concerts. This position is responsible for performing various essential tasks that ensure top-notch production quality and artist satisfaction. The individual in this role will coordinate and deliver food and beverages to talent and band members, retrieve and distribute equipment, paperwork, and other necessary items ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the stage and backstage areas falls under their purview as well, essential for seamless show progression. Additionally, they assist in managing show passes and guest list distribution, working closely with other production team members including the Green Room Server to meet artists’ needs. The role demands a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment. Physical stamina is also critical as the job requires prolonged periods of standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and an intensely physical work setting both indoors and outdoors. This role demands excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a flexible schedule with availability for late and extended working hours. Job Duties
- Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
- Retrieve and deliver equipment, paperwork, etc
- Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
- Assist with any other aspect of stage production, such as show pass and guest list distribution
- Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist
- Perform opening, running, closing side duties according to company practice and policy
- Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
