The Production Runner role within US Concerts plays a vital part in supporting the talent and production aspects of live shows. This position is primarily responsible for handling various 'errands' and providing exceptional backstage assistance to ensure smooth production operations. Confidentiality holds significant importance in this role due to the sensitive nature of the work. The Production Runner’s duties involve coordinating and delivering food and beverage directly to bands or talent, retrieving and transporting equipment and necessary paperwork, and maintaining clean, clutter-free stage and backstage areas. They also aid in other production facets, such as distributing show passes and guest lists, and assisting the Green Room Server with artist needs.

The role requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. It demands knowledge of all music, promotional, or special events happening at the venue and the capability to comply with opening, running, and closing side duties as defined by company policies. A high level of resourcefulness, motivation, and a commitment to service quality are crucial attributes for anyone seeking to excel in this position.

Candidates must have their own properly working automobile with proof of insurance and possess an exceptional driving record. A solid understanding of touring and stage production operations combined with a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work extended and late hours are essential, along with excellent communication skills and punctuality. Familiarity with the regional area, including restaurants, store locations, music stores, and local attractions, enhances the effectiveness of this role.

Preferred candidates would bring at least three years of work experience involving positive interpersonal interactions, preferably in a live music environment or a comparable role. The physical demands of the job require standing for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor settings and the ability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds using proper techniques. This intensely physical, often loud and stressful environment demands resilience, energy, and dedication.

Live Nation Entertainment is deeply committed to equal employment opportunity. The company fosters inclusive environments where employees can be themselves, contribute fully, and thrive.
