The Production Planner 1 role at TWG is an essential position within the Ripon Production Planning team, primarily focused on supporting daily bottling schedules to meet production demands efficiently. This hybrid position offers flexibility, combining remote work with the necessity of occasional on-site presence at the Ripon office for critical meetings and in-person collaboration. The individual in this role will be cross-trained across multiple functions, including raw material ordering and wine demand planning, making this a versatile and integral part of the planning department. This role is vital to ensuring seamless coordination between production schedules, resource planning, and supply chain logistics. The Production Planner 1 works closely with various departments such as operations, quality control, logistics, and winemaking teams to maintain alignment on timely material availability, adhering to production timelines, and ultimately supporting the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality products. The salary range for this position starts at $24.52 per hour, going up to $36.83 per hour, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other factors.
