Job Requirements

Kitchen and/or line cook experience preferred
Pizza making experience is a plus
Friendly, outgoing, team oriented and positive attitude
Passion for creating repeatably excellent pizzas in a fast-paced open kitchen
Adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements
Cleaning kitchen and other areas of the restaurant is a must
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Committed to having fun and positively contributing to our atmosphere
Committed to providing an amazing product to our customers
Availability to work nights and weekends preferred
Both full-time and part-time positions available
Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work
Must be ready to work at the scheduled time
Maintain good personal hygiene
Basic reading and math skills required
Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and customers
Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dish washing and equipment cleaning
Must love pizza

Job Qualifications

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Experience in pizza making is a plus
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong team orientation and positive attitude
Ability to follow specific food preparation guidelines
Basic reading and math skills

Job Duties

Prepare pizzas according to specific recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning
Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Lift and handle ingredients and equipment up to 50 pounds
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
Work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends as needed
