The role being offered involves participation in the filling of containers with various plumbing chemicals or assembling various plumbing products. This position is essential to ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely for distribution. Employees in this role will work on a rotational basis, handling different production tasks as directed by supervisors or team leaders. Tasks include retrieving and verifying raw materials, following department procedures for producing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products, and processing unused raw materials. Attention to detail is critical, as the position requires inspection of products for quality, including labels, weights, and appearance. Additionally, maintaining an organized and clean workspace is part of the daily responsibilities.
The role requires the ability to follow standard work instructions and safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment. Experience with various equipment such as fill machines, pallet jacks, box cutters, and batch or RF guns is advantageous. The company prefers candidates with at least one year of relevant production experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, though they also provide opportunities for those willing to learn and grow within the company.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One-year relevant production work experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures including use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to maintain manual dexterity and work at production pace
- Ability to communicate effectively within teams
- Knowledge or experience with production equipment is helpful
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor or team leader
- Retrieve and verify raw materials
- Follow department procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products
- Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization
- Refer to charts for measurements, PPE, and batch coding
- Complete production documentation as required
- Inspect product for quality including labels, weights, and visual aspects
- Assist in cleaning the work area and department
- Perform other duties as assigned
