The company prides itself on fostering a work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement. With a strong emphasis on employee well-being, Schreiber Foods offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities, making it not only a great place to work but also a company that values its partners' contributions in delivering exceptional products to consumers.
The role of a Manufacturing Operator at Schreiber Foods is central to the success of their production lines. Additionally, there is a shift premium of $1.50 per hour after two months and overtime pay at time and a half, potentially raising hourly wages to $40 during extended hours.
