As a Batch Maker Production Operator at MAPEI, you will be integral to the production process, responsible for the precise preparation and blending of raw materials to create the company’s suite of construction chemical products. This role demands a meticulous approach to following production schedules, ensuring the accurate measurement and addition of ingredients in order to maintain product quality and consistency. You will operate and monitor mixing machines, manage material transfers within the facility, and assist in various production support activities. Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering strictly to all safety and quality standards is essential in this position. Additionally, you will prepare and label samples for quality control testing, maintain detailed production records, and support shipping or storage logistics through proper product handling and packaging.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two or more years manufacturing/process experience
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Follow production schedules to prepare batches, adding ingredients in order as directed
- Confirm availability and accurate measurement of pre-weighed ingredients
- Operate mixing machines to ensure proper blending
- Assist with other production tasks as directed
- Measure and prepare ingredients using scales, pumps, and scoops
- Transfer materials within the facility to maintain supply flow
- Prepare, label, and send samples to Quality Control (QC)
- Organize, label, and palletize products for shipping or storage
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring documentation meets quality standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks safely to support production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as required
