Responsibilities extend to assisting with training new employees, reviewing operational records to optimize the use of materials and time, and potentially operating metal detection equipment following certification. The position schedules work assignments dynamically to meet production demands and promotes adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

This position is well-suited for individuals with prior manufacturing experience who are dependable, safety-conscious, and open to continuous learning. The company supports career growth through cross-training opportunities and skill development initiatives. Employment in this role offers a unique chance to contribute directly to the manufacturing of safe, high-quality food products within a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
