The role is designed for individuals who prioritize safety and teamwork while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Candidates will work 12-hour rotating shifts following a 2-2-3 cadence, alternating between days and nights. Night shifts carry a differential pay, highlighting the company's commitment to fair compensation.

Beyond competitive hourly wages starting at $28.12, this role offers the comprehensive benefits package for which Kimberly-Clark is known, including health coverage, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Specific benefits at the Neenah Cold Spring plant include time and a half pay on Sundays and double time on holidays, as well as access to an on-site fitness center.

Joining Kimberly-Clark as a Production Operator is an opportunity not just to build a career but to be part of a visionary enterprise dedicated to employee development and community impact. Candidates will engage in a work culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth. Kimberly-Clark is an equal opportunity employer, encouraging applications from veterans and individuals with diverse backgrounds. The role includes responsibilities that meet both physical and technical demands, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety and excellence. Employment is contingent upon local policy compliance and pre-screening measures like drug screening and background checks.
