Job Description

Crown Health Care Laundry is a specialized industrial laundry service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality linen processing for hospitals and medical facilities. Our facility operates with a strong focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and safety to meet the rigorous demands of healthcare environments. As a key player in medical textile management, Crown Health Care Laundry ensures that linens are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for timely delivery to maintain patient care standards and hospital operations. We are committed to maintaining stringent quality and safety standards, making us a trusted partner in healthcare service logistics.

We are currently seeking dependable and skilled Production Operators to join our team. This position involves working in either or both of the production areas within our plant: Soil Operations and Clean Linen Operations. Production Operators rotate through various tasks essential to the linen processing workflow such as receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading linens. The role requires flexibility to perform across multiple stations and will demand learning and mastering new equipment and processes within short timeframes. Operators are expected to meet production standards while ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality, supporting a smooth and efficient linen production cycle.

As a Production Operator, you will be part of a team that plays a crucial role in health care supply chain management by ensuring all linens meet customer expectations for cleanliness and quality daily. You will be trained to operate various industrial laundry equipment, handling tasks from sorting soiled laundry to preparing clean linens for shipment. The role demands physical activity such as lifting, bending, and pushing carts, along with the ability to pay close attention to quality controls and safety guidelines.

Employees are required to adapt quickly, typically learning each station's responsibilities within 2 to 5 working days, and meeting performance standards within two weeks of employment. Teamwork, flexibility to rotate between different jobs, and a willingness to support all operational needs are essential characteristics for success in this role. Whether assigned to the Soil or Clean area, Production Operators perform duties aligned with production demands and personal abilities, working collectively to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position offers competitive pay rates and scheduled working hours based on the assigned production area. Crown Health Care Laundry promotes a safe and collaborative work environment where employees take pride in contributing to healthcare excellence through dependable linen processing. If you possess a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and enjoy dynamic team operations, this role provides a rewarding opportunity to be part of a critical healthcare supply function.
