The Production Operator I position at H.B. Fuller located in Vancouver, WA, offers an exciting opportunity to join the production team on the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am. This full-time role reports directly to the Production Manager or Supervisor and involves operating specialized equipment and managing affiliated processes such as preparing raw materials, packaging, unloading, packing, and labeling in compliance with company standards and legal requirements. The Production Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards by performing initial product testing and equipment monitoring to maintain process consistency and efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to health and safety rules, and active collaboration with team members.

This position requires the operator to prepare raw materials and packaging components in the correct quantities, transport them to the production area, and report any deviations from the normal processes. Additionally, the operator will check product labels and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with its prescribed instructions and company standards. Completing assigned tasks includes packaging the final products according to H.B. Fuller's quality criteria and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area. The salary for this position starts at $22.43 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential for the third shift. H.B.
