Ability to become forklift certified
valid employment authorization in the U.S. without requirement for visa sponsorship
ability to read and comprehend safety data sheets, labels and other written communications

prior forklift experience preferred

Job Duties

Set pressure gauge to specified reading and monitor for indication of full cylinders
adjust valves and observe gauge to fill cylinder to specified pressure
observe scale indicator to fill cylinders to specified weight
fill cylinder to full capacity, move cylinder onto scale using safe handling techniques, and connect vent line to release excess gas to meet prescribed weight
position cylinders onto platform or in manifold racks with material handling equipment or team-supported techniques
test gas for purity using testing equipment to maintain high-quality standards
inspect and evaluate empty cylinders for safety, examine exterior for defects, and quarantine cylinders if necessary
contribute to team goals and support plant operations as needed
