The role of Production Manager – Concerts & Show Operations is a vital position located primarily at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans, with secondary support responsibilities at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, reflective of the candidate’s experience and skills. The Production Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the execution of concerts and live events, ensuring smooth operations from the advance of the event through to load-out. Serving as the main client-facing representative, the individual will work under the guidance of the Production Director but with significant independence in managing assigned productions. Core responsibilities include advancing concerts, serving as the primary contact for touring productions, and leading show run operations and real-time decision-making. The position requires coordination of load-in and load-out activities, labor calls, security, requisitions, supplies, catering, and hospitality, as well as participation in rotating coverage for event nights, shows, and loadouts.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in live event production or related field
- ability to work various hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to handle physical demands of live event environments
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to travel between event locations
