Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in live event production or a related field
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to be on-site for long durations during events
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in concert or live event production management
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- knowledge of labor coordination and security management
- ability to manage logistics related to catering and hospitality
- flexibility to work varying schedules including nights and weekends
- familiarity with load-in and load-out operational processes
Job Duties
- Advance concerts and serve as primary contact for touring productions
- lead show run operations and real-time decision-making
- oversee load-in/load-out coordination with crews and labor
- input labor calls, coordinate security, manage requisitions and supplies
- coordinate catering and hospitality needs with the Production Director
- participate in rotating coverage for nights, shows, and load-outs
