Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- At least 3 years of management or senior supervisory experience with direct reports
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- OSHA certification
Job Qualifications

- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Black Belt certification with documented project results
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
Job Duties
- Own end-to-end production operations, including scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation, to consistently meet output targets, quality benchmarks, and delivery commitments
- Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled production workforce
- establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and build a pipeline of internal talent through coaching and succession planning
- Drive a culture of safety and quality compliance
- ensure all operations adhere to OSHA, GMP, and company standards, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for any deviations
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Finance to align on production priorities, resolve cross-functional issues, and support new product introduction and process change initiatives
- Establish and track KPIs for productivity, yield, scrap, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery
- present performance reporting to senior leadership and lead data-driven continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
