Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager in a food and beverage facility
- Experience using manufacturing machinery and tools
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- Willingness to comply with safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager in a food and beverage facility
- Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office/Excel preferred
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma
- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met
- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors, line leaders, and production employees
- Monitor production performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and yield
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor utilization to support operational needs
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Supply Chain teams to achieve production goals
- Identify training needs and partner with HR and department leaders to support onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing employee development initiatives
- Analyze production metrics and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure accurate completion of production records, documentation, and inventory transactions
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards
- Lead corrective and preventive actions related to production, quality, and safety concerns
- Comply with employment law and human resources policies
