Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in production management within a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams across multiple shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards including BRC, USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Physical ability to walk the production floor regularly
- Competency in project management
