The Production Line Associate position at the DeLallo industrial bakery in Bridgeville, PA, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to producing high-quality baked products. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with additional weekends and overtime as needed. The primary responsibility of the Production Line Associate is to package finished products from the moving conveyor belt into containers, place completed packages on secondary conveyors for processing, and efficiently stack packed boxes on pallets. A vital aspect of the role involves maintaining product quality and safety, ensuring strict adherence to DeLallo’s quality standards and food safety regulations.

Key duties include monitoring product quality, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area. The role demands strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality Standards, and adherence to allergen control, food defense, and HACCP policies.
